Project Overview
Civilians are not able to reach social welfare bodies if they have a rooting problem in their society. It is a web and mobile-based community app that works as a bridge to connect society and firms or NGOs. The social welfare app also has a landing page to engage more users online.The app has 2 major parties; one is the community members, and the other is firms & NGOs. It has many features like a user can post a problem by adding a photo, video, or message. One can also earn money by engaging with the community problems posted by a fellow member. They can also earn it by answering the predefined or survey questions curated by a business in the welfare app. Such data is then separated for businesses or NGOs who are willing to resolve the issue.

The social survey app includes features designed to connect community members with firms and NGOs, enabling problem reporting, engagement, and real-time communication.
1. Log In & Sign Up
For a first-time user, one has to add personal details like country, city, community one lives in, etc. And, for a community member, one just has to signup with his number & verify it with the help of an OTP.

2. Answer & Earn
It allows online members to earn money. They can do so by taking part in surveys curated by firms. One can also earn by voting, commenting, or resharing the problem posted by a fellow member. They can also invite other members to join the app & earn some money.

3. Posting Problems
An individual can post a problem by adding an image, video, audio, or description. One can also urge to sign the petition by posting it online and help mend the problem first. Q&As and polls are some other ways to engage users in the problem.

4. Community Page
This page is the resemblance of the community in totality. It contains all the members and their problems in one place. The social app plans to integrate AI/ML technology to define specific data to reach a society in time with social help. For members such a data will work as a trust factor. And thus, the firms will also be able to look after people in time.

5. Reviews & Ratings
A user can rate & review a firm or NGO on the basis of resolving a problem. It helps the social workers to sustain the grade & make the community a better place to live.

6. Chat With Community
It is similar to a WhatsApp chat. The users can message and talk about the issues by sending photos, & check on the progress of the same. It is only possible among the members of the community.

7. User Profile Creation
A user's profile consists of posts, reshares, saved ones, and total earnings from engaging on the platform. The profile also has sent invites, post reach ratios, etc.
