Loan officers can type in a borrower's story in plain English, and AI Genie instantly finds the best loan options from 50000+ documents. Genie's information is always fresh, with over 500 lender guidelines for all types of loans, like DSCR, Non-QM, FHA, VA, Conventional, etc. But BrokerAIQ is more than a search tool. It's a single place for loan officers, account executives, contract processors, real estate agents, and admins to work together. Each person has tools and access made just for them. The platform helps with everything from signing contracts and training to finding vendors and sharing documents. It's a complete system for mortgage professionals who want to work smarter and faster.
